Returns

We hope you love your order and that our products bring you comfort. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the items you have received, we offer a refund or exchange on undamaged items if they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, stained, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

All goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately so that they do not become damaged in transit. 

To start a return please contact us at customerservice@cotonecollection.com and then post your return to Cotone Collection, ATN Customer Service, The Maltings House, Coote Street, Portlaoise, Co. Laois R32 FX 29.

Please include your order number and details with your return.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item purchased online is by emailing customerservice@cotonecollection.com to requesting an exchange. You will then be asked to return the item. Once the return is accepted, we will process your new order.

Damages or Faults:

Please inspect your item upon reception and contact us immediately at customerservice@cotonecollection.com if the item is defective, damaged or should the item not match the item ordered so that we can evaluate the issue and make the X right.
